Online or Onsite in Nairobi, Kenya.
I hold my practice in a trauma-informed and person-centred model of care.
Throughout my care, you’ll maintain power and authority over your body and decision-making. As such, I provide informed choice and an integrative approach to care that includes functional medicine, somatic and mindfulness practices, herbal medicine, and conventional medicine to give you choices in the care you deserve.

My approach to primary care offers comprehensive services such as gynecological care, blood work, and lab tests. I focus on addressing the root causes underlying imbalances or dysfunctions that lead to illness.
My background in integrative and functional medicine combines conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies, such as herbal medicine, nutrition, mindfulness, and mind-body practices, to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in prevention and lifestyle interventions and empower you to play an active role in your health and well-being.

Midwifery-led functional medicine care for menstruation and fertility integrates the principles of functional medicine with the compassionate, trauma-informed and person-centred approach of midwifery to address the underlying factors affecting menstrual health and fertility.
I use different evidence-based approaches to address dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, fibroids, candida, and bacterial vaginosis. These may involve bloodwork and lab Tests, In-Uterine Insemination, nutritional interventions, herbal therapies, lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, and targeted supplementation to support hormone balance, optimize reproductive function, and enhance overall health and well-being on your path to menstrual health and fertility optimization.

As a licensed practitioner, I provide comprehensive care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, including lab work, testing, assessment, and diagnosis, all informed by my extensive experience in perinatal care.
My approach focuses on preventative care by integrating functional and herbal medicine as well as ancestral knowledge into my Western medical training. I view my role as a guide to help you make the most authentic decisions for you and your family that align with your values and instincts while always retaining your sense of self and autonomy throughout your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn care journey.
I am looking forward to meeting you and your family.

I focus on addressing the root causes rather than just treating symptoms of menopause. As a functional medicine practitioner, I consider factors such as hormone imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, stress levels, gut health, and environmental toxins. Treatment plans may involve:
Personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
Targeted supplements.
Stress management techniques.
Hormone-balancing therapies.
Other integrative approaches to optimize overall health and well-being during menopause.
This approach aims to support you through the transition, promoting long-term health and vitality.

I specialize in sexual and perinatal trauma. Being a clinician in reproductive health, I have received the stories of trauma from thousands of people, which has motivated me to work towards developing a Trauma-Informed Care curriculum to be implemented in obstetrical programs. These efforts towards prevention are essential, as is accessible therapy for those who have already been injured. In response to that need, I graduated in 2023 with an Advanced Degree in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy at Naropa University. Also, I had the distinguished opportunity to become a Lytos/MAPS Educated Therapist. Additionally, I have an undergrad in psychology, a specialty in child sexual abuse and complex trauma, and I was trained and worked as a rape-crises counsellor. I am also a senior therapist clinician-researcher at the University of New Mexico in psychedelic-assisted therapy to address postpartum depression and trauma.
A holistic approach to addressing sexual and perinatal psychological trauma may involve integrating various modalities of therapy and healing practices to address the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and relational aspects of trauma.
