The Membership, The Den, honors every phase of women’s lives as meaningful rite of passages: from first blood to menopause. At the Den we weave together ancestral wisdom with evidence-based knowledge, functional and herbal medicine, and the intuition of the wise-women’s path. Whether you are just beginning your journey or seeking to deepen your knowledge as a grounded, compassionate guide, the Den is a place to learn, reflect, and grow in community.

Birth Integration Sessions are a space to share, witness, and grow. A member of our community shares a story from their birthwork experience. We listen with care, reflect together, and deepen our collective wisdom.

This space is a response

to what I have heard, seen, and experienced as a woman, a mother, and a midwife.

After seeing people misled, making decisions based on trauma instead of based on their power, I decided to respond with the most comprehensive, holistic, and evidence-based resources I could provide for midwives, doulas and women alike so that your choices and path can be rooted in wisdom.

With this space, my hope is for you to never feel disempowered, resourceless, misinformed, or manipulated and instead feel supported in navigating with autonomy, dignity, and knowledge all seasons of women’s health.

  • Offered inside the Mama Loup Membership, these sessions are sacred spaces to deepen your understanding of women’s journey throughout their—from menstruation to menopause and beyond.

    Rooted in both clinical knowledge and ancestral remembrance, these sessions weave together evidence-based insight, somatic awareness, traditional midwifery teachings, and the lived experience of wisdom keepers across generations.

    They are designed to awaken your own inner knowing as a woman, doula, midwife, or birthkeeper, and to support you in walking alongside others with integrity, depth, and reverence.

  • In a compassionate and non-judgmental space, one member of our community shares a story from their birth experience or from supporting a birth.

    Together, we listen with care, offer reflections, and explore the nuances of birth work. These sessions are an opportunity to learn from real-life experiences, build collective wisdom, and support one another’s growth.

    Depending on your pathway, birth Integration may also be used as Peer Reviews toward NARM or licensing requirements.

  • Our Masterclass Teachers include some of the most brilliant and heart-centered voices in the Birth World. They offer deep, soulful insight rooted in both expertise and embodied wisdom.

  • We warmly encourage you to join us live to fully receive the magic of shared presence and connection. If you can’t make it, don’t worry—replays will be available to the entire community for one week after each session.
