Never more than now cis-women and AFAB folkx have been in need to understand their body, their cycles, their fertility. As we know, knowledge is power. Of course in these times knowledge does not keep us totally safe from unwanted pregnancy. Being with a partner who doesn’t respect our limits, fall contraception, being rape, or simple having a cycle that doesn’t follow it’s normal course could be one of the many reasons why a unwanted pregnancy can occur. But in a culture of taboo around female body, sex and dynamic power, knowledge is part of the answer.
